1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77da ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77da online gaming platform accessible at https://77da.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through it (collectively, the "Service").

By creating a 77da account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Service in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 77da or any affiliated company, supplier, or partner of the platform.

4. Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one Account on 77da. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a Prohibited Activity and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and any balances or winnings being voided. 77da uses mobile number verification to enforce the one-account-per-person rule and may request additional identity verification at any time.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.
• You must notify 77da customer support immediately via live chat if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• 77da will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials or have shared them with another person.
• All Account information provided must be consistent at all times. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update your Account information immediately by contacting customer support.
• 77da reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on any Account at any time. Failure to complete a KYC check when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension pending verification.

77da uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Security measures are reviewed and updated regularly. However, no electronic system is entirely risk-free, and you use the Service over the internet at your own risk so far as risks outside 77da's reasonable control are concerned.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

77da supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The platform does not accept foreign currency transactions. All Balances are maintained in BDT. The following conditions apply to all payment transactions on 77da:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and funds will be returned to the originating payment method.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account Balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment processor. Bank transfer deposits may take 1 to 3 business hours to reflect in your Balance.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by 77da within the timeframe specified in the platform's current withdrawal policy. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any KYC verification requirements.
• 77da only processes withdrawals to a payment method in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. This rule applies to all payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank accounts.
• 77da reserves the right to request documentary evidence of a payment method before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and applies to all players regardless of transaction history.

77da does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of 77da, and 77da has no control over or liability for such third-party fees. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur standard banking charges levied by your bank — these are outside 77da's control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

77da offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which are published on the platform at the time the promotion is active. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your Account Balance as Bonus funds, which are held separately from your deposited funds. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Each bonus promotion specifies its wagering requirement (rollover) as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus value before the bonus converts to real withdrawable funds). The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• 77da reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at any time without prior notice if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the specific promotion's terms, or that a Prohibited Activity has occurred.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players found to have created duplicate Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated Accounts suspended and all bonus-derived winnings voided.
• Bonuses not claimed within the validity period specified in the promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

7. Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on 77da use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer technology sourced from licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, and NetEnt, among others. The outcome of each game round is determined independently and cannot be influenced by 77da, the game provider, or any player. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the platform:

• Players must use only their own Account and their own Balance to place bets. Betting with funds belonging to another person, whether transferred through the platform or otherwise, is a Prohibited Activity.
• The use of automated betting scripts, bots, macros, or any software tool designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Prohibited Activity.

Cricket betting markets offered on 77da are subject to the specific rules published for each market type and competition. In-play market odds are updated in real time and may be suspended during critical moments in a match (for example, during a wicket or review). Bets accepted before a suspension are valid; bets placed after a market has been suspended will be voided. Results are settled based on official competition results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).

8. Responsible Gaming

77da is committed to responsible gaming and provides all players with tools to manage their gambling activity. These tools are available within Account settings at any time and are free to use:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on their Account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased until the current limit period has elapsed in full, ensuring it functions as a genuine control rather than a temporary restriction.
• Time-Out: Players may activate a time-out period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) during which their Account will be suspended from all betting and deposit activity. Time-out requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the period ends.

9. Intellectual Property

No content from the 77da platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of 77da.

Game content displayed on the 77da platform (including game graphics, audio, and mechanics) remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, etc.) and is governed by those providers' own licensing arrangements. 77da displays this content under licence and does not claim ownership of it.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77da's liability to any Player in connection with the Service is limited to the amount held in that Player's Account Balance at the time the relevant event giving rise to liability occurs. 77da expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if 77da has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any service interruption, downtime, maintenance period, or inaccessibility of the platform due to technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, internet outages, or events outside 77da's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from the Player's own failure to maintain the security of their Account login credentials, or from the Player's own violation of these Terms.
• Any loss arising from payment delays caused by the Player's own payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank), including any charges imposed by those providers.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

77da reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred or is likely to occur:

• A breach of these Terms by the Account holder, including any Prohibited Activity, provision of false information, or violation of the eligibility requirements.
• A regulatory or legal requirement or court order requiring 77da to suspend or close the Account.
• A reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity associated with the Account.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion, or a determination by 77da that continued access to the Service poses a risk to the Player's wellbeing under its responsible gaming obligations.

Where an Account is closed by 77da due to a proven breach of these Terms, any Balance held in the Account (including deposited funds and bonus-derived winnings) may be forfeited in part or in full at 77da's discretion. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request or for reasons unrelated to a breach, the verified Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after any outstanding KYC requirements are satisfied.

12. Amendments to These Terms

77da reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 77da will endeavour to notify registered Players by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number registered on the Account. However, it remains your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms before each use of the Service.

Continued use of the 77da Service after any amendment to these Terms has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Service and, if you wish, close your Account by contacting 77da customer support.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77da is incorporated and operates. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the 77da Service that cannot be resolved through the platform's customer support process should be submitted in writing to 77da by contacting [email protected]. 77da will endeavour to resolve any legitimate complaint within a reasonable timeframe. 77da does not accept arbitration through third-party dispute resolution bodies unless required to do so by applicable law.
